Description:
Filmed July 30th through August 4th, 2007 about eight weeks out from the IFBB Mr Olympia. You will see him managing his very first annual contest, the \"Dexter Jackson Classic\" in his hometown Jacksonville, Florida. His daily routine starts out with 30 minutes of cardio followed by grits and sautéed orange roughie for his breakfast.
